Shipping policy

Choose US/Canada shipping for $19.99 or International shipping for $49.99 before payment and provide a complete delivery address. Contact support before ordering if you require a delivery-time commitment.

Shipping Protection is an optional store-backed service, not insurance. It provides priority review and replacement support for documented loss or transit damage. Submit a claim within seven calendar days of delivery or the carrier expected-delivery date, with your order number and relevant photos or carrier information. An approved claim may result in replacement or refund of the affected item.

The mystery gift is a surprise extra with no cash-redemption value. One is included with orders of three or more items or can be added to a smaller order.
