Returns policy

The optional 30-day money-back guarantee is a paid, store-backed add-on. If purchased, request a return within 30 days of delivery and return the item complete to receive a refund of the item price. The guarantee fee, mystery gift, and shipping protection are not refundable after their services have been provided. This add-on does not reduce any rights you have by law.

Contact support@thestorefront.cc before sending a return. Do not send an item without written return instructions. For an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, contact support with your order number.
